Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled service.

This will allow time to update your client profile, change into a client gown and enjoy refreshments before your service begins. If you should arrive late, every effort will be made to accommodate you, however time may not permit for us to honor your full service.

If you should need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require 24 hours notice in order to fulfill the needs of other clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee at the discretion of the stylist.

Prices are subject to GST and prices may change without prior notice.

To receive priority booking we recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving the salon.
