We Get Locked Down…But We Get Up Again….but we can’t do it without your commitment by keeping your appointment.  Therefore, all new clients scheduling colour appointments will be asked to leave a deposit either by credit card or by e-transfer to…This new policy comes as a result of a large number of cancellations and no shows.  Your appointment time has been reserved for you.  Without proper notice to cancel, we unfortunately are unable to fill the spot that you have booked and it has taken a spot away from someone who may have been able to commit.  48 hours notice to cancel any booked colour service is now required.  We do hope that you can respect this new policy.  All deposits given will go towards to cost of the service and will be deducted from the end total of the service. These services include:

*Colour Corrections


*Custom Blonding

*Keratin Treatments

Clients who do not give the required adequate notice to cancel will be charged 100% of the service cost.  We do hope you will understand why these new policies must come into effect. Our time is as valuable as yours and we value sharing our time and space with you..our client.


Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled service.

This will allow time to update your client profile, change into a client gown and enjoy refreshments before your service begins. If you should arrive late, every effort will be made to accommodate you, however time may not permit for us to honor your full service.

If you should need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require 48 hours notice in order to fulfill the needs of other clients. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee.  Prices are subject to GST and prices may change without prior notice.

To receive priority booking we recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving the salon.
